2016-05-25 15_40_55-Charges may be looming for teens caught having sex in HS bathroom - NY Daily NewNEW YORK DAILY NEWS – Florida authorities are now mulling criminal charges as they investigate a cell phone video that appears to show a 15-year-old girl having sex with multiple boys in a public high school bathroom earlier this month.

The girl confirmed she had sex with a number of “willing males” in the South Fort Myers High School bathroom on May 17, police said. A school-based sheriff’s detective watched a security video and saw 25 teen boys walk into the restroom.

The girl and her parents were unwilling to press charges, and cops initially declined to pursue the case. However, when the video surfaced and was sent to news outlets and posted online, detectives and the Florida Department of Children and Families decided to investigate further.

Lee County investigators have obtained photos of the incident, according to WINK News.

“If a video was taken, it’s unquestionably child pornography. There’s no ambiguity there,” Tampa-area defense attorney John Trevena said. “Just the sheer volume of participants, allegedly 25 boys, suggests mental health issues with a 15-year-old girl. It should be investigated as a crime, taking advantage of someone with a mental health issue.”

  1. That's how authorities in a civilized country operate. Not as what happens here where a party chairman posing as Senate President would spew out useless rants in the media pretending to care, only when someone he knows is involved.

It is quite hypocritical that he embellishes in such futile rants when in fact he has the power to change or implement laws to prevent such occurrences. Why take to the media when you can address the issue in parliament. We need a new generation of leaders, out with these fakes!

  3. Only if we had those kind of laws in this country. It never ceases to amaze me that a country run by a lawyer has such weak laws.

  4. Poor girl, hope she don't end up pregnant by one of them.
