Jacob Remaley, 14, called 911 early Wednesday morning, saying his mom and sibling were dead and that his father placed a gun in his bed before leaving the family’s home, Pennsylvania State Police Trooper Stephen Limani said.
“Why didn’t he kill me? I need help,” Remaley told dispatchers.
When emergency responders arrived at the New Stanton home, about 25 miles from Pittsburgh, they found the teen in the yard repeating one word: “Mom,” police said.
As paramedics tried to talk to the teen, he suddenly walked back into the house and came out with a gun. He paced in the street with the weapon in his hand.
