  1. The person who mentioned Jurors. An inquest does not have jurors. Jackass, an inquest is carried out by a magistrate in their capacity as Coroner. In other Jurisdictions the magistrate does not serve as the Coroner. An independent person in appointed, where they are not subject to influence of the State.

We had a Coroner's Act passed sometime early 2000's however the regulations to set up the office was never passed. While you sit there and quarrel for red and yellow the government has its method to kill without taking any blame for it.

I place this blame squarely on the people and the media which has done an equally bad job of making the ordinary man aware of what is going on.

To you my friend you are as equally dumb as the GOVERNMENT who does not realize that acts like these only ostracizes us further from our traditional partners and world bodies like the UN. Very soon this will be a term in getting help or funding from any world organization. SO go ahead smart ASSES the end of the rope is near. I hate saying "I told you so"

  4. What a load of hogwash."Officers attached to the Babboneau police station are relieved at the outcome of the inquest" Right. As if they expected a different result. The victim isn't even here to defend himself. In addition, exactly who was the responsible party or parties conducting this so-called inquest? Was it done by unbiased, impartial individuals? Were the accused officers placed on administrative leave pending the outcome? I suppose the public need not be privy to the specifics. After all, not another one of us will ever be on the receiving end of a police weapon. Why it is acceptable to open fire on an unarmed human being is incomprehensible. I guess this is just another episode of police files:lucian edition.

  6. What a farce, what charade!!

How could people trust you when you killed an innocent man, and the result of your self serving investigation pronounced you were correct in killing the poor guy?

Makes me sick to my stomach, want to vomit, even.

  7. Smh its not a question of the jurors it is what type of evidence was brought to them and by whom.

Was anything else objective or neutral brought to the jurors. If only the police bring evidence in a matter they are involved where are the checks and balances. Remember there were NO OTHER eye witnesses. That is why in properly run countries such matters are handled by INDEPENDENT COMMISSIONS

  9. I had to LOL. Did anyone expect differently? An inquest that relied primarily on evidence collected and given by the police. LMAO. What a mockery of justice. Ok. next inquest into the death of the young man while in custody at the Micoud police station. stay tuned folks.

  10. A police Officer has the right to kill & there is nothing anyone can do about it.They bring cases for the Judges & Lawyers, without them they wouldn't have a job.So the Law protects them. When you see the police approach just kneel down & kiss their boots & allow them to beat you bad & even shoot you, don't report it because NOTHING will be done.(that's if you even survive the beating or shooting).
Police Officers are Kings & should be feared & respected.

  13. As if we didn't know some coverup would prevail. Of course it would, anytime you have people dying in police custody and police getting away with blatant killings, it's no wonder the inquest is FRAUD !!

  14. What did that judge get for that inquest? A bottle of brandy? I not surprise at all the whole justice in St Lucia is so bloody bias it not funny. Those cops will continue killing innocent people untile they get what they themselves deserved a f...... bullet right between their f...... eyes that will be justice for all.
Rest my case . sac salop police.

    • Sorry to disappoint you, but the Riots in St Louis are about the same police killings. The U.S is no different.

    • Nor I, "cop".

Last night I watched, in utter disbelief and horror, how a policeman mishandled teenager; almost choking the child, all along the kid begging him to stop mishandling him this way, in the view of one and all.

Tell me now, how could anyone with a bit of decency and civility trust these "animals" disguised as policemen?
