HRWise hosts forum focusing on improving customer service and customer satisfaction

(PRESS RELEASE) – HRWise will host another HR Forum. This time the focus will be on improving the standard of customer service and customer satisfaction in St. Lucia.

Core to the discussion will be the principles of quality management and the value that adopting a Quality Management System (QMS) can bring to the success of our local businesses.

The feature presenter will be Mrs. Betty Combie, managing director of Moz Inc. and former head of certification at the St. Lucia Bureau of Standards.

Goretti Paul, managing director of HRWise, expressed her gratitude for the support of the Department of Commerce, International Trade Investment, Enterprise Development and Consumer Affairs, and the St. Lucia Bureau of Standards, who will also be represented at the Forum.
