HRWise hosts another HRForum

(PRESS RELEASE VIA SNO) – HRWise continues to raise awareness about changing the general approach to Human Resource Management, by focusing on performance management.

Effective performance management promotes the continuous development of the organization’s human capital, improves productivity, enhances communication and employee engagement, and encourages proactive succession management. HRWise will engage in discussions with business leaders and HR professionals about fostering a high-performance culture by embracing the new performance management approach.

At this Forum, HRWise aims to help participants understand the value of effective performance management and influence them to make the necessary improvements within their businesses. Developments in the individual organizations will ultimately have a positive impact on the overall development of our people and the local business environment.

Goretti Paul, Managing Director at HRWise, said “Performance Management is a critical success factor to the life of a business. Unfortunately, too many of our local establishments have not embraced the required change in managing performance, due to a general misunderstanding of the full performance management process and its impact. We are inviting persons who are interested in improved productivity to be a part of this event”. HRWise is excited to create an environment that facilitates open dialogue and broadens knowledge about the next generation of performance management.

The HRForum themed “RethinkingHR – Foster a High Performance Culture”, which was previously postponed, will now be held on Wednesday 4th April 2018 from 9:00 am to 12:30 pm at the Finance Administrative Center.
