HOMICIDE: Man fatally stabbed in Corinth

A 25-year-old man is the nation’s latest homicide victim after he was stabbed in the neck in Corinth on Tuesday, Oct. 2 at about 6:54 p.m.

Head of Crime and Intelligence Frances Henry told reporters at a press briefing today that Gros Islet police were called to the scene of the crime where they discovered Jude St. Omer’s body near the Winward Island Gases gap.

ACP Henry said a man is assisting police with their investigations.

At the time of the briefing, a post mortem was being conducted on the deceased.
