2016-01-08 07_30_11-Region 3 Chairperson New Year message - PRESS RELEASE (1).docx - Google DocsPRESS RELEASE – My Fellow Lions and Leos,

Ringing in the New Year marks the half-way point of the lionistic year and I am amazed by all that have been accomplished by the clubs in the past six months. As a Region I am indeed proud of the commitment you have shown to realize the level of success that we have been able to achieve thus far. Let me encourage you to continue in the same spirit of service to ensure that Lionism remain alive and vibrant in our Region and District.

As we begin a new calendar year, let us make an effort to be sure our community knows what Lionism is, what Lions do, and how to join in the Lions’ efforts. In order to keep our club alive and well, it is important to share our message with others in our community.

Let us continue to rise to the challenge given by our District Governor to Take Stand and Make it Right through Service.

I take this opportunity to wish you and your families a productive and prosperous new year as we continue in service to community.
