Guyana: Woman, reportedly pushed out of moving vehicle, dies from head injuries

(iNEWS GUYANA) – Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a young woman who was allegedly forced out of a moving vehicle on Sunday last.

Dead is Sasia Adams, 20, originally of Pomeroon, Region 2. She reportedly worked as a receptionist at the Ramada Hotel.

According to the police, Adams’ boyfriend reported that the young lady fell out of a vehicle he was driving at about 20:00hrs on the evening in question.

However, investigators have reported that it appears as though the woman was struck to her head and then pushed out of the moving car, resulting in her sustaining severe head injuries and dying, shortly after.

The suspect is presently in police custody, assisting with investigations.
