This development is as a result of a recognition claim submitted to the Ministry of Labour by the National Workers Union (NWU) on behalf of the security guards employed with the company.
The exercise will be held at the Department of Labour and will be supervised by officials from the Department of Labour. The poll will commence from 6.30 a.m. and end at 6.30 p.m.
All workers will be given time off and transportation to participate in the secret ballot, which when completed will bring closure to the recognition issue one way or another.
The NWU already represents five other security companies.
