PRESS RELEASE – The Roseau Valley Football League launches it 2015 youth program with a grand Grassroots Football Festival at the Marigot Playing Field on Saturday 11th April 2015 from 9am -11:30am.

Over one hundred fifty (150) boys and girls ages are expected to converge on the Marigot playing field for the festival, Grassroots Festivals is an event designed to introduce as many boys and girls ages 5-12 to football, they practice basic skills and play small sided games under the care supervision of League Coaches.

Following the Festival the league will continue its Grassroots program in the various communities and the reorganization of the Roseau Valley Youth Football Academy.

The League invites parents and guardians of Children in the communities of Marigot,Roseau,Jacmel.Bois den, Morne d’or, Sarrot, Millet, Vanard and surrounding areas to be part of the activity and bring their kids, as the league seeks to involve them in all aspect of its youth development plan.
