Geraldine Pitt to lead the combined CWC/Columbus business

7987e12a-b6d8-43cd-a305-dd4106b8926aPRESS RELEASE – Following the successful merger of Cable and Wireless Communications (CWC) and Columbus International, President, Consumer Group, CWC, John Reid, today, announced the appointment of Geraldine Pitt as Country Manager for our combined buiness in St. Lucia, under the new Flow brand with immediate effect.

An accomplished senior management executive, Pitt  has more than thirteen years experience in the telecommunications industry. For the past two years, she has served in the capacity of CEO LIME Southern Cluster with responsibility for Dominica, Grenada, St. Vincent & the Grenadines as well as St. Lucia.

During her tenure in the Southern Caribbean region, she has distinguished herself as an expert in the field of telecommunications with a strong passion for customer service.  She has successfully led the repositioning of LIME in these islands and is now poised to do the same  in st. Lucia as we transition from LIME to the refreshed Flow brand.

In welcoming Geraldine into her new role, Reid also expressed his appreciation to Mr. Hayden Patrick, Acting Country Manager for Columbus St. Lucia for his invaluable contribution in managing and supporting the business through the transition.

  2. this merger is the official announcement of alleged abuse of the customer. One man to determine price lol. It may not come in the rate per call but trust me in the other app and web services we go feel the real squeeze and to add insult to injury no competition.

  3. I hope you all do something about your shitty service we are getting now, both technical and support calls. C&W in the early days had a much bettter service system. You all sent all yur knowledgeable persons with customer service per excellence home in the name of cutting cost and now it take days to repair phones, internet, cable etc. It just stinks. I hope we can also see a reduction in prices also for the crap we see on TV and better and faster internet speed for less. god luck.
