Free creative training open to Saint Lucian youths


PRESS RELEASE – School of Art and Design Saint Lucia will be hosting training in Photography, Computer Graphics and Multi-Media Animation beginning in October of this year as part of the Caribbean Regional

Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP) Project. Training is free to all unemployed eligible persons between the ages of 17– 35 years, and forms part of the Information Communication Technology (ICT) areas of Training in the CARCIP Project The Governments of Saint Lucia, Grenada, and Saint Vincent and the Grenadines embarked upon the Caribbean Regional Communication Infrastructure Program (CARCIP) Project with the development objective to increase access to regional broadband networks and advance the development of an ICT-enabled services industry in the Caribbean Region.
