Free career guidance


The Centre for Adolescent Renewal and Education (C.A.R.E.) is currently implementing a Career Guidance Project, providing free career guidance to youth who are undecided about their next steps in pursuing their education or employment goals. There is particular focus on young men.

Youth will participate in a 6-week training program.

If you are or know somebody who is:

 17 – 25 years old

 Unemployed or under-employed

 A high school drop-out

 A single parent

Look out for the Career Guidance Project team visiting a neighbourhood near you this week.

The team will be in:

Tuesday, March 12 at 10:30 am to 2 pm
Location: Bus shed at the intersection of Chinatown and the road to JJ’s

Wednesday, March 13 at 10:30 am to 2 pm
Location: The Pan Shed

Soufriere and Fond St Jacques
Thursday, March 14
Look for the rotary bus
Locations: Waterfront, near the Gas Station from 11:30 am to 12:45 pm / Town Square  / Fond St Jacques Church yard at 2:15 pm

Vieux Fort
Friday, March 15 at 10:30 am to 2 pm
Location: Town Hall
