Franchise Celestial Self Development Centre acquires Franklin Covey Eastern Caribbean

The initial offerings of programs which will be delivered by CSDC include 7 Habits of Highly Effective People (Signature) delivered over 3 days; 5 Choices of Extraordinary Productivity and the Speed of Trust both delivered over 2 days.

The first workshop titled 5 Choices to extraordinary productivity is being held on March 16th and 17th, 2016. This workshop will be facilitated by our partner Afra Schimming-Chase, LLB, LLM, C.F.P of Franklin Covey Namibia. A Saint Lucian who is the owner of Franklin Covey Namibia. In this workshop participants will learn how to make high-value decisions using the 21st-Century time-management skills of decision, attention, and energy management combined with powerful planning processes.

Based on research undertaken by the Franklin Covey Foundation at least 60 percent of the time of employees are spent on productive activities and 40% on non productive activity. This training session will assist participants in measurably increasing their productivity. Participants will make more selective, high impact choices about where to invest their valuable time, attention and energy.

This will result in a more responsive, efficient and effective organisation which will be worth the investment of time and resources by participants. The workshop provides not only a theoretical approach to productivity but leaves the participants with learnt skills that will enhance their productivity in the work place and their private lives.
