Flow investigating intermittent mobile call failure

(NOTICE) — Flow advises that we are aware that voice calls from Flow mobile have been failing to other networks, due to an unidentified problem, which emerged earlier this week.

Core engineers from both providers concerned have been working towards resolving this unfortunate problem in recent days, and we are hopeful of a swift conclusion and restoration of normal service.

We do apologise to our valued customers for the momentary inconvenience, and we assure you that we are doing all in our power to ensure that you are once more able to enjoy the island’s most reliable mobile network to the fullest.
