Eagles also pulled through to beat Total Auto Inc. Dragons 3-2. Eagles’ Celestin Samuel was the outstanding player of the match as he conquered all of his opponents in straight sets 3-0.

Eagles then edged out C Enterprises Hawks 3-2 in a battle of the high fliers. Eagles’ Chris Wells was the outstanding player of the match.

And, closing out a perfect week, Eagles overpowered the defending champions Genuine Parts World Tigers 4-1. Chris Wells was again the outstanding player of the match.

Tigers meanwhile crushed Hawks 5-0. Tigers’ Franklin Noel was the outstanding player of the match.

Tigers also handed Challengers their second loss this week, winning 3-2. Again, despite being on the losing side, Adrian Albert was the outstanding player of the match.

Challengers did have a good result against Veteran Jaguars, however, winning 4-1. This time, Albert was the outstanding player in a winning cause.

Jaguars, however, kept Hawks grounded, winning 4-1.  Veteran Teddy Matthews was the outstanding player of the match.

After two rounds of matches, Eagles (Wells, Samuel, Cherese Darcheville, Jelanie Desauzay) are atop the standings with 105 points, just ahead of Challengers (Albert and Chris Hippolyte) on 100.

Dragons (Bertlan Shepherd, Derek Destang) sit on 99, with Tigers (Faith Stanislaus, Franklin Noel) a further point back. Those four teams will take part in the double elimination playoffs.

Veteran Jaguars (Teddy Matthews, Vandyke Jude, Simone Matthews) are on 91 points. CTSL Combined Schools (Mario St Cyr, Andrew Daniels, Sunil Chitole) have 73, whilst Hawks (Wayne Benn, Clint Alcindor) occupy the cellar position.
