In preparation for the students of the Dunnottar School to be engaged in income-generating activities, the Dunnottar school is launching DUNN DOLLS, a product worthy of international attention and totally hand-made by the students.
The project will be launched on February 20, 2013 at 11 am at the school, at La Pansee Castries.
The director of SEDU will be delivering the feature address, the students will be modeling their creations, and the audience includes hotel representative, parents and representatives of disability organizations. It’s an event that demonstrates that persons with developmental disabilities should not be set aside as worthless.
The school is also looking into establishing a Cooperative as former students are included in the project.
