Digicel, The Bigger, Better Network has rewarded another one of its lucky Digicel customers, Tscina Clarke,  as the winner of the January Text to Win, awarding her a $5,000 shopping spree in the city of Castries.

In January, Digicel had a highly anticipated Text to Win promotion which allowed one lucky customer the opportunity to continue 2013 as a winner.   A shopping experience like no other, the grand prize winner got to shop around at various stores in the city with a total of $5,000 cash.

By texting the word “SHOP” to the short code “7171”, Digicel customers qualified to be part of this promotion to ultimately win the $5,000 shopping spree at Castries.

Digicel, cognizant of the multiple needs of its customers, allowed the winner to choose five stores with a shopping limit of $1,000 cash at each store.  Live on Radio Caribbean International radio station on January 8, the winner of the promotion Tscina Clarke was contacted.

Surprised and excited that she won the $5,000 shopping spree she commented, “I am very surprised that I actually won with Digicel.  Thank you to Digicel for this opportunity I will never forget it.”

Tscina indicated to Digicel representative Sergin John Baptiste that the five stores of choice for her shopping excursion were Harry Edwards Jewelers, Basic Blue, RJ Clark Limited, Diamonds International and Sea Island.

“I can’t wait to start shopping,” Tscina further commented.

According to Kerchelle Jn Charles Digicel’s Marketing Manager, “Digicel is happy to recognize this loyal postpaid customer as the winner.  Being the innovator in the market and creating new ways to excite our customers, Digicel anticipates many more winners in 2013.”
