Digicel and Pinehill get ready to funwalk!

CASTRIES, ST. LUCIA – August 15, 2012 Digicel, in the month of August is proud to support the healthiest event in the history of St Lucia, the Pinehill Funwalk.

As proud platinum sponsors of the 13th staging of the Pinehill Funwalk the Bigger, Better Network attached a fun and exciting Text to Win promotion in which one Digicel customer wins a grand prize plus a BlackBerry Smartphone compliments Digicel.

To qualify, Digicel customers will need to text the word “PINEHILL’ to the short code “5566” for their chance to win. In addition, the first student to cross the finish line will win a desktop computer for themselves and their school.

Pinehill funwalk is traditionally supported by thousands of persons and this year promises to be Bigger and Better. The previous route was readopted and will pose a fun and challenging walk from the Vigie Playing Field. The walk ends at the Pigeon Island National Landmark with a host of activities including; spa treatments, diabetes and HIV testing, health clinics, dance presentations and more.
