Did you know the iguana; scientific name Iguana iguana iguana is St. Lucia’s largest lizard, measuring about five feet in length?

 It has the ability to camouflage in order to avoid being seen by the predator.  Mongoose, humans and dogs are the iguana’s worst enemies.

Did you know in the early twentieth century, cocoa powder and chocolate were manufactured at Errard Estate in Dennery?
