St. Lucia’s Filamena Day finished in the top five of the Miss Caribbean Culture Queen Pageant held on Monday, August 5, 2013 in Charlestown, Nevis.

Day, a  22-year-old medical student who is currently studying in Cuba, placed fourth (third runner-up) with 1,021 points.

Miss Dominica’s Leslassa Shillingford-Armour won the event by only 13 points (1,073) over Miss St. Kitts’ Zinga Imo who tallied 1,060 points for second (first runner-up).

Shillingford-Armour, who also won the best interview award, was winning her second regional pageant in three days, having won the Ms. Carival and Jaycees Queen titles.


4th runner-up with 1006 points – Miss Nevis
3rd runner-up with 1021 points – Miss St lucia
2nd runner-up with 1043 – Miss St. Croix
1st runner-up with 1060 – Miss St. Kitts
Winner: Miss Dominica with 1073 points
