COURT ROUND-UP: Loans officer accused of stealing 80K; ‘Pan’ to stand trial for Levi Wilson’s death

Vivian Glace has pleaded not guilty to stealing by reason of employment.

Glace was a loans officer at a well-known financial institution in the centre of Castries. He stands accused of stealing a total of EC$86,921.39 between October 1, 2010 and July 6, 2011.

Glace will reappear in court on July 25, 2013 for fixture.

Levi Wilson homicide

Garvin “Pan” Andrew was last week arrested and charged in the death of one Levi Wilson.

The incident took place on July 17, 2012 on St Louis Street in Castries.

Andrew was charged with intending to cause grievous bodily which resulted in the death of Wilson.  He pleaded not guilty to the offence and will stand trial.

The matter was adjourned to September 19, 2013 for case management.
