Recently, two instant teller machines at the bank’s Bridge Street Branch were refreshed as part of this project.
The newly-installed instant teller machines now feature a more reliable ABM service as well as an enhanced overall appearance, with the installation of branded informational ABM surrounds that ensure the privacy of customers and provide customers with information about the bank’s products and services.
CIBC FirstCaribbean Country Manager, Mauricia Thomas-Francis, made mention of the impetus for the upgrade, stating, “We at CIBC FirstCaribbean aim to make our customers’ transactions as quick and seamless as possible. We understand that in today’s fast-paced world, our customers are running on limited time and our instant teller™ machines are there to facilitate banking transactions as quickly as possible.
