Chef Elijah Jules partners with celebrity chef in Miami to bring St. Lucian cuisine to the city

unnamedPRESS RELEASE – Chef Elijah Jules, one of St. Lucia’s top chefs and also the head chef at Jade Mountain have embark on a culinary journey in Miami.

He is working with celebrity chef Allen Susser who is also the consultant chef for Jade Mountain. Chef Jules has been working with some of Miami’s finest chefs, hoping to gain fresh knowledge. Soufriere’s (local) no 1 chef is also promoting our national dish, green banana and saltfish in various ways.

sharing the St. Lucian culture as he go along kitchen hopping. The 2012 chef of the year gold medal winner at Taste of the Caribbean in Miami said the “culinary walk” as he calls it is a blessing and he cannot wait to return home to share his knowledge.

  2. Great chef, what about farin , zaboka and fish.Dasheen served in many ways eg mashed and sliced served with meats,fish etc.We now have to push our Looshan Indian foods also.Many other foods too many to mention,this venture would benefit our farmers.
