PRESS RELEASE – Chairman’s Reserve Spiced, official rum and organizer for the exciting, “Ball in Hand pools Tournament 2015”, has reached its half way mark as several bars island wide have seen eight (8) competitive players qualify for the finals at Whispers.
The past couple of weeks have been buzzing with excitement as pool players have been signing up and competing in the “Ball in Hand Pools Tournament”. Chairman’s Reserve Spiced has partnered with 16 well known bars island wide to house the competitive pools tournament.
Thus far eight qualifiers have emerged from eight bar locations. Troy Cepal –Skip’s Bar (Castries), Kervin Nicholas – Soap’s Corner Bar (Anse La Raye), Melan Isidore –Up Rising Bar (Soufriere), Sunil John -Beach Café (Vieux Fort), Lesley Charlery- NJ’s Bar & Grill (Paix Bouche), Chris Belasse- The Rav Bar (La Guerre Babonneau), Aaron St Rose – Norbies Bar (Mon Repos), Marcus Toussint- Kennedy’s Bar (Monier Gros Islet).
The grand finals of the Chairman’s Reserve Spiced “Ball in Hand Pools Tournament” will be held at Whispers bar in Soufriere. The south will come alive as the culmination of the tournament will be one no one can miss. November 21st 2015 will be the date for the finals and it will commence promptly at 7pm.
The prizes will include 1st place $1500, drinks hamper, pools kit, trophy and luxury watch. The 2nd place winner will receive $1000, drinks hamper, pools glove & trophy and the 3rd place winner will receive $500, drinks hamper, pools gloves & trophy.
To add a twist to this year’s finals, Chairman’s Reserve Spiced has included a new segment called “Trick Shot Half time”. This would enable very skillful pool players the opportunity to dazzle persons with trick shots and win fantastic prizes in the process.
