PRESS RELEASE – In response to Lions International request to dedicate the week January 10 to the 16 2016 to relieving the hunger, the Lions of Castries joined with the Salvation Army at the daily Feeding.   

The Salvation Army feed the homeless around Castries daily with a light supper.   

Today the Castries Lions prepared and served a light supper comprising of a bowl of soup and a roll.  The sixty persons who were served were pleased for the hot meal.  Our thanks to the Lions who prepared the meal and joined in serving.  Thanks also to Captain Brooms of the Salvation for once again allowing us to partner in this activity.
