JAMAICA OBSERVER – Chaos broke out at the intersection of East Queen Street and Duke Street in downtown Kingston, a short while ago after an alleged thief was chased and beaten by people in the area.

Reports are that about 9:30 am a female business operator raised an alarm after the man reportedly grabbed her chain.

The man, who appeared to be in his early twenties was chased and beaten.

He was later rescued by police officers who were nearby and witnessed the beating.

  1. what kind of beating you call that when i see the scum still able to go on his hands and knees i thought better of Jamaicans,

  2. I would encourage Caribbean governments to pass laws to allow vigilante justice with special rewards to the vigilante. Those laws would have limitations. This form of justice would make up for our shortfalls in resources.
