The Orange Media Group has been appointed the lead agency to manage crisis support and crisis communications for British Airways in Barbados, St. Lucia, Antigua and St. Kitts.
The agency will provide full public relations/communications support and counsel to assist British Airways in managing the image and reputation of the airline in the eastern Caribbean.
In the event of a major incident, Orange Media will provide crisis management and communications for British Airways.
