  1. When I read some of those comments I wonder if there are any good schooling done on this island they call st Lucia. It's a shame. St Lucian leave a bad impression every where they go. Especially in NY. Ignorance and backwards Bush people

  2. Those still within sight are most likely accomplices and should be thoroughly investigated. If malicious plotting is involved, jeopardizing our national security, this gives cause for immediate apprehension and subsequent deportation.

  7. Most of you seems to be looking at this wrongfully. When St. Lucians migrate to other countries and they start to catch their royals they do not blame the government and make demands. They work things out all on their own and when it does not work for them they either return to their country of origin or they move on. Stop looking at these people as victims. I do not believe they are completely innocent. On Rick ' s program they did admitted that their main interest was to get to the USA. Imagine coming from thousands of mile to get a certificate in cooking for so much money. Why did they just pay for an organized wedding to a US citizen instead this would ensure them getting there easier. Have you all ever thought of how they other OECS countries would treat this case. Call on the Caricom leader for help or if not USA.

  9. You would figure that men with PHds would think better!!! Most of these Ministers need to be tried for espionage and treason. Imagine going to an embassy to expose your country's secrets as exposed on wikileaks. Imagine Telling investors to stay away from your country and refusing to help when it needs help.

St. Lucians have to pay for betraying St. Lucia by electing those who who didn't care during trying times. We had drought, world financial crisis, death of the PM, hurricane Tomas and bands of criminal patroling the country. We still survived this test with a AAA+ credit rating, a lower murder rate, an economy of positive growth and being the best place to do business in the Caribbean. And with a PM without a PHd too!! With NO VAT added.

Where has all this disappeared to? We have exchanged all this progress for a bunch of slick talking car salesmen. Everything is "don't blame me blame the officials or former administration, or blame the criminals or even the US.

You mean to say we move from positive growth where Civil Sevants enjoyed a 14% wage increase to negative growth, where we gave 4% to take back 5% in just a matter of an election? Wow!!! This is why nothing that this Government does will succeed. It is not blessed.
