BREAKING NEWS: Passengers thrown from vehicle in Monchy

One of the tyres of a van being driven by an off-duty employee of Glace blew out in Monchy, Gros Islet last night, causing the van to spin out of control, hit an embankment, and launch the passengers out.

The van had an undetermined number of passengers.

The accident occurred about 9:30pm.

  3. Inspection or no inspection accidents do happen. if u are a driver and u never get into an accident thank God. Sometimes u doing the right hay shit happens thats part of being human.

  4. Listern people accidents happen all the time its a fact. Did this driver knew before hand that his tire would blow off know. Stop complaining about anything and everything for christ sake he did know that do plz people give positive feed back not nonsence no driver wake up everyday and say today i will have an accidents. come on who the hell is perfect in this crazy world that we live in and i will call u a liar.

I think St.Lucia should have a system where by vehicles have a MOT like they do in the UK and like we human beings have yearly health check up.Basicalyy how it works is that all vehicles must have a thorough check and passed fit before it is driven on the roads and if it fails it should never be on the roads until it has successfully passed it's MOT.
