Former Police Commissioner Euzebe Lawrence passes away

Former Commissioner of Police Euzebe Lawrence has passed.

Lawrence served as Saint Lucia’s top cop from 1979 to 1982.

He was among the first batch of police officers to be locally recruited and the trained in 1947.

Lawrence was an active member of the St. Lucia Ex-servicemen’s League.

  4. He was a gentleman and a character to emulate. During my last home visit with him and his wife I watched in awe as he graciously attender to and served her. Never did I know that this would be the last. He just knew how to make people laugh. May he Rest in Perfect Peace. My condolences to the family particularly his dear wife.

You're correct,my problems are alot more than police officers.Hope,you are not quick to judge me.Whatever,you might think i am not one of those persons murdering people in this country.The problem is that the police sees other people have house jeep and land which stimulates jealousy.So,they go about picking on me by searching their way through my belongings but,never found anything illegal.I can't see myself expressing gratitudes,condolences,when they passes away.I would preffered to drink a bottle of white rum and orange juice instead.What a man soweth that shall he reaps.Let the dead burry the dead.Police are not my friend for life.Stop your verbal abuse because i know what am talking about please!People will treat and say good things about you in accordance with the way they are being treated.
