  1. I'm moving from the New York area to St. Lucia with my Lucian wife....I love smoking trees, is the offense really that bad down there? Will they kick me out of St. Lucia & send me back to the US if I'm caught?

  3. Honestly officers should use some common sense and realise that they aint doing nothing right. How could you arrest this man in such an economic crisis.. What about the family he's gonna leave behind the single mother i mean come on. Doesnt the gorvenment take things things into consideration or then again its just a big plot of the bigger heads to advance crime. The harder the struggles the larger the outcome of crime. There are more serious offences being committed so many wanted men on the streets yet you see police patrolling 24/7.leave the marijauna alone and do what yourll were really meant to do keep the city and its people safe rather than trying to get rid of marijauna. Its a never ending battle. What god has created let n. Man be against

  7. Someone in a health shop (not in St Lucia) told me the plan for 'down the road' is that even vitamin C will be on prescription only.  When and if that happens will the orange tree become illegal also?

  9. Anonymous, are you suggesting St. Lucia is a less civilised country?Typical of people with your state of mind. Decriminalise the herb and stop making judgements about the outcome . It is a fact that too much emphasis is placed on the wonderful plant as opposed to other serious crime. Free the poor man and give him his herb.

  13. The problem is not the herb but our disobedience. We always look for excuses to disobey our laws. In countries where the herb is tolerated, there are limits in it's use, possession and it's reproduction. If these same limits existed here, the majority would disregard them knowingly. In more civilized societies, the law enforces ensure their laws are obeyed.

  19. St. Lucia's Five O are a bunch of c.... Go and catch the criminals who are messing up our tourism industry. You are allowed to grow weed in your garden in Czech Republic, Holland, Sweeden certain parts of the USA to mention a few places. Even in Brixton (London) you are allowed to have your personal herbs. What the is wrong with those uneducated idiots. Allow the herbs, it's for the use of mankind. They tried to arrest me similarly when I lived in St. Lucia, I quoted from the Bible, the same book they made me swear by (herbs is for the use of man) the couldn't say shit. No charge...
