A young man is now battling for life at hospital following a vehicular accident in the south of the island Sunday morning, April 7, 2013.
Aaron “Ti Carrot” Mahy of Vieux Fort is still unconscious but is in stable condition.
Details of the incident are not yet available but St. Lucia News Online that Mahy was riding a bike when he crashed on the Vieux Fort/Laborie Highway.
He was later transported to Tapion Hospital for further medical treatment and tests.
Our news team understands that Mahy, the son of a man named nicknamed Carrot, turned 18 today.
Official details of the accident will be released when we receive more information.
