Bay Gardens Resorts, a chain of locally owned and operated hotels situated in Rodney Bay Village, has officially announced that it will begin offering its guests complimentary, non-motorized water sport equipment this January.
In the coming weeks, guests of the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa and loyalty card holders at the Bay Gardens Hotel & Inn will have free access to kayaks, paddle boats, hobie cats and stand-up paddle boards. In addition, guests of the Bay Gardens Hotel & Inn who are not a part of the loyalty program will be offered the use of the same non-motorized options at half-off the previously offered rate.
“This decision was made in order to further enhance our guest experience,” commented Sanovnik Destang, Executive Director of Bay Gardens Resorts.
“Now, in addition to the many activities and facilities we offer free-of-charge on our properties, guests also have the option to explore the sea on a selection of recreational water toys.”
In addition to the non-motorized options, Bay Gardens Resorts will continue to offer waterskiing, tubing and jet skiing to its guests at an additional fee. These services will continue to be provided by partner, Saluna Watersports, whose facility is located beside the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa on Reduit Beach.
“We’re quite excited about being able to kick off the New Year with this new complimentary activity,” said Destang, “And our improvements don’t stop there. This new offering is one of a few different additions we’ve made to our properties that will continue to ensure our visitors have a fantastic experience.”
Over the past few months, Bay Gardens Resorts has invested in various changes to its properties. In late 2013, the Bay Gardens Hotel’s Spices Restaurant was re-opened with a newly refurbished kitchen, while the Bay Gardens Beach Resort & Spa was a fitted with specialty coffee and Panini snack bar, a new martini & wine bar and a completely revitalized menu at its Trios Caribbean Fusion Restaurant.
