The Rodney Heights Aquatic Center (RHAC) 14th Invitational Club Meet came to a successful conclusion between Thursday and Sunday, 11-14 April 2013 at the privately-owned Gros Islet facility.

Over 340 swimmers from 17 swim clubs representing six Caribbean territories were in action, cementing the event as one of the premier swim events for the eastern Caribbean and creating another big “bump” for swimming in Saint Lucia. Excellent competition, efficient organization and great attendance brought out the best in the swimmers involved.

Clubs and swimmers from Barbados, Trinidad & Tobago, Antigua-Barbuda, Grenada, St Vincent & the Grenadines and Saint Lucia were on show, but Antigua Aquatic Club was once again the class of the competition, capturing the top club spot for the second time, edging Saint Lucia’s Racers by four points (704 to 700).

Another Saint Lucian club, Sea Jays was third with 651. Antigua Aquatic Club demonstrated their power in the juniors with the young swimmers helping them to first place. Antigua was especially strong in the lower age ranges.
