UPDATE: Woman shot in the face, two others shot in Castries

(SNO) – At least three people, including a woman, sustained gunshot injuries in two separate incidents in the city of Castries between last evening and this morning, according to reports.

A male was shot in his legs at Vigie Beach around 9 p.m. and he was transported by ambulance to Victoria Hospital in stable condition. The circumstances surrounding this incident is not clear.

Two persons – a male and female – were shot and injured in the second incident that occurred in the Bois Patat/Morne Du Don area shortly after midnight.

The female, known as Sandra, sustained a gunshot wound to the face/mouth while the male was shot in the upper body/chest area.

Reports are that the male, after being shot, ran to Black Stars where he was picked up by police about 12:56 a.m. and transported to the hospital in stable condition.

The woman was picked up by ambulance around 1:23 a.m. and transported to hospital in stable condition.

No additional information was available.

  1. We keep forgetting that WE outnumber THEM. We need to take OUR streets and beaches back since we're more aware of who's who of the SCUM that walk OUR streets than the police. Mom and dad are the first police that our children need to face so when they are out of our sight they will police themselves. Too late for the degenerate generation we're reading about on a daily basis. But the future of OUR island and OUR streets is in OUR own hands.
