Sixteen-year-old Cylena Henry from Dennery Village won the Miss Dennery Teen Pageant held on Saturday, August 15 at the Dennery Multipurpose Grounds.

Jervel Joseph won the first runner-up position while the second runner-up went to Theona Edan.

The other contestants were Esma Flavius and Serena Cox.

Ms Photogenic – Cylena Henry
Best Theme Speech – Cylena Henry/Jervel Joseph (tie)
Best Talent – Theona Edan
Best Evening wear – Theona Edan

The pageant was organised by the Dennery Youth And Sports Council.

According to the Council’s Facebook page, the pageant enables young ladies in the community to show their talents and skills.

“Rising to true emancipation through the voice and colours of freedom” was the pageant’s theme.
