PRESS RELEASE – The Ministry of Commerce, Business Development, Investment and Consumer Affairs in partnership with the Embassy of the Republic of China (Taiwan) will this year host the 8th Annual Saint Lucia-Taiwan Partnership Trade Exhibition.
This event will be held at the Johnsons Centre, Rodney Bay, from November 27th to 29th, 2015, from 9:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. The objective of the exhibition is to present a wide range of quality goods and services from Saint Lucia and the Republic of China (Taiwan) to the general public and the business community. Additionally, exhibitors should realize business opportunities and develop strategic networks.
To officially open the trade partnership exhibition, a ceremonial event will be held on Friday November 27th, 2015 at 10:00 a.m. at the Johnsons Centre. This ceremony will include a musical and cultural rendition and culminate with a symbolic ribbon cutting piece.
The Government anticipates that this year’s exhibition will serve as an opportunity to create lucrative synergies between the exhibitors; local investors and the business community, in order to foster and promote trade and investment between Saint Lucia and the Republic of China (Taiwan).
