AT 5:00 AM TODAY, THE CENTER OF TROPICAL STORM KIRK WAS LOCATED NEAR LATITUDE 11.8 NORTH, LONGITUDE 52.7 WEST OR 503 MILES OR 810 KILOMETERS EAST SOUTHEAST  OF SAINT LUCIA. KIRK IS MOVING TOWARD THE WEST NEAR 18 MPH OR 30 KM/H. ON THIS FORECAST TRACK, KIRK IS EXPECTED TO APPROACH BARBADOS AND THE WINDWARD ISLANDS  BY THURSDAY AFTERNOON.
