THIS SYSTEM HAS A LOW CHANCE OF DEVELOPING INTO A TROPICAL CYCLONE DURING THE NEXT 5 DAYS. THIS SYSTEM IS EXPECTED TO AFFECT THE LESSER ANTILLES FROM SUNDAY.
