PRESS RELEASE –
The Saint Lucia Swim Team brought home 13 medals after competing in the 20th Goodwill Swim Meet, which was held in Paramaribo, Suriname from August 15th – 17th 2014.

The team comprised of 30 swimmers namely: Kyai Taylor, Antoine Destang, Ethan Hazell, Aaron Daniel, Ziv Reynolds, Kyle Ambrose, Jonathan McLennon, Daniel Maglorie, Jamarr Archibald, Mark Emanus, Yanik Lane, Nicholas McLennon, Stefon Emmanuel, Daronhil Mauricette, Devin Boodha, Naima Hazell, Jorja Mederick, Mya Eugene, Naekeisha Louis, Angelique Gaillard, Mikaili Charlemagne, Natalya Guillaume, Marisa Louisy, Mikaela Casimir, Abbie Pultie, Lovell Mottley, Veronica Brown, Zanaii Taylor, Abigail Brown and Jenna Lee Campbell.

Saint Lucia placed 4th with a combined score of 488 points.  The team produced proud performances including that of Naima Hazell emerging in 3rd place in the Female 8 and under events with a total of 29 points breaking 6 individual records.
