SALES REPRESENTATIVE (part-time or full-time)

We’re looking someone who is honest, has integrity, is truthful, and, most importantly, cares about the needs of his or her clients and possesses a genuine desire to serve them.

Our salesperson should also:

- Has fun solving problems
- Has a creative, flexible mind
- Sets goals
- Keeps abreast of trends; knows the competition and what they’re doing
- Is a hard worker, but is also organized and a good planner
- Builds and maintains relationships
- Is responsible and does whatever it takes to succeed

In general we’re looking for someone who is not just filling an order but, instead, establishing rapport, gaining trust, determining a need and then meeting that need.

Other minimum qualifications are:
– Driver’s license or owning a vehicle (an asset but not a requirement)
- High school diploma
- Five CXC/O’level subjects ; must include Maths and English

Basic responsibilities:
- Selling monthly sales targets
- Selling advertising space on our website/s
- Maintaining contact with clients and ensuring their needs and concerns are met
- Managing advertising accounts
- Some basic banking

Salary
Part-time position is commission-based only. Staff position comes with a basic salary and commission from ad sales.
